Refined news brief!

Made some optimizations to the News section daily postings. I think its now more targeted (correctly) on West Coast (Best Coast!) Focus.

• Best Coast now comes first in every daily brief: Las Vegas, then Los Angeles, then San Francisco. Backup cities are San Diego, Portland, and Seattle when those three are quiet. Local items still have to match that day’s genre.

• Culture & Context is now Global Dance Music Culture & Context.

• House Releases Worth Noting is now Global Dance Music Releases Of The Day. It can include strong records from across the station, not only house. Each day’s own section still stays on that day’s sound.

• Day sections are now labeled by day: Monday’s Journeys Essentials, Tuesday’s House Music Essentials, Wednesday’s FlashDance Essentials, Thursday’s Factory Floor Essentials, Friday’s WildStyle Essentials, Saturday’s Compression & Razor Essentials. The old “News” sub-header is gone. Each section starts with the day, the focus, the show, and the air times.
