Subtle Sol was started by Jordan Handel. It began in August 2016 because Vegas nightlife was already loud and he wanted a room where people could talk, hear the record, and stay and, of course, dance. Ten years on it has lived at Classic Jewel, Juicy Beets, Park on Fremont, Peyote, Kassi Beach House, and now Pachi-Pachi.
J.Handel is the founder and Friday host. Usually opening - and often closes. He explores the warm side of house — deep, organic, a little Balearic when the room wants air. He builds a night instead of stacking bangers.
Bugzie, the guest for the evening - a local selector who has been closing Liv Beach after names like David Guetta and Dombresky, then sliding downtown to keep a smaller rooms moving. Yacht-rock brunch at Hard Rock Cafe with Jimmy Chunga is the other side of the same crate. At Pachi he is not playing for those environments - he is playing 80+ people who came for records.
Small room, real sound, a ten-year local night that never needed a laser.
